Upgrading W7 to W10 (free), any way to end up with dualboot?
I know that dualbooting is (of course?) possible with, for example, W7 and W10. This is what pretty much all my google research has led me to, even though I was looking to find out something more specific:
What I don't know is: Can this free upgrade essentially turn one OS into two?
I wouldn't mind having Windows 10, but due to compatibility problems with software I need for work, I *cannot* lose my W7 for now.
Also, I just plain like W7, so if I have to choose between 7 and 10, then 7 it shall remain.
But again, and maybe to rephrase the question: how would I get from one W7 (single boot system) to one W7 AND one W10 (dual boot system)?
Would I first have to buy a second W7 licence, turn my existing system into dualboot with 2x W7, then upgrade one of them? That would be a pain.
