    No worries about the time delay.

    I'm not entirely sure if this installation is genuine.
    Its reporting an HP 1443 indicator (desktop model), the thread states 4171 US laptop.
    Looking up the laptop it did not appear to be sold with a Pro version.

    Can you look at the OEM sticker on the machine, see what it states.

    I am not sure if the install is genuine either at this point, The OEM sticker on the bottom was partially covered with a barcode sticker. I decided that since I was going to go to Win 10 when my SSD and cable for 2nd drive bay came there was no reason to delay further and upgraded to 10. It looks like the upgrade took except for some items showing a triangle on triangle on them but that is for another forum.

    Sounds like it was a refurb model in that case, as the latest OS was installed feb this year, and updated it to Pro at the same time,
    BUT dont know why it did not include SP1.
