Cant upgrade to W10. Get the message 'CPU not supported (NX)'
Some months ago I upgraded to W10 (which installed without any problems) didnt like it and went back to W7. Today I decided to upgrade again but this time I get the message from the upgrade assistant that I cant upgrade on this (the same laptop) because - 'The CPU isnt supported (NX)'.
This is a Samsung RV510 running W7 home. No hardware changes have been made. Also I attempted to download W10 from MS without using the assistant and it never completed the download. I left it downloading for three hours. This laptop maybe slow but not that slow! Any help appreciated. |
