    Hi Kickrz,
    please uninstall KB2887535.
The error showing relates to a corrupt install of the windowsupdate agent to version 320.

    REBOOT

Install KB2887535 as a stand alone update
BEFORE you re-install it from the link below.
Is French the base language for this computer, if yes carry on download/install.

IF NOT we need to do something else first

Thank you!! Base language should be English.

Edit to add -- I can't find that file to even delete it?

    Thought as much,
Can you do a system restore to a point before the last set of updates.
    Then
Please uninstall the French language pack, revert back to English.
note only Ultimate and Enterprise versions allow additional language packs.
The update install failed because of the EN-FR inconsistancy.
(did you get the non-genuine logo- just info for me)
    REBOOT

    Try updating again.

I can't because I had to reinstall so there no restore -- well there is but it is from an hour ago and that isn't helpful.

I am not sure what you mean by non-genuine logo?

I have all kinds of languages some how Spanish, french Brazilian-Portuguese?!
Do I just delete each one, one by one or is there a package file where I can delete all at once.

    Hi Kickrz,

Tried the easy way now for the hard route.

please revert to English, if you cant then its going to have to be a factory reset .

How good/competant are your computer skills.

    Hi Kickrz,
get rid of the portugese/brazillian as well please.

We can only have English on it.

Well that'll be way past my bedtime 10.30 pm here in Blighty.
