    Update Issues

For some reason when I login to my computer I get an error of Desktop Windows Manager stopped working.
Capture1.PNG. After that I try to run WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab but get Capture2.PNG an get an error. Not sure what to do. Maybe someone can see the files and maybe its an driver issue.

       Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

An easy way to get remove these drivers is by using a restore point prior the installation.

Even rewriting the OS from the start, it looks like it a Windows Update that is causing the problem. I don't know which driver is causing the problem. Here a new redo of the DM Log Collector, any ideas?

As this is not a BSOD issue I cannot help.

For Windows Update issues there are different posting instructions, I recommend to follow it :)

    Hi Zman,

please run the standalone install of KB971033.
Your system is not currently registered,
the above will clear the file mismatches and register ActiveX and the Admin service, currently showing as problems.

Should be good to go after install.
