After a while came out a window with the following :

The installer has encountered an error: 0x800704c7
The user has canceled the operation.

Edit 1 : I restarted and not see any of these processes.

That's true. I didn't know I must be disconnected from the Internet :/

It is surprisingly how he found and downloaded patches . Too fast. As the first two years of use. I hope Stuart253 not have any problem and is guided from my experience so that everything goes well :)

Thanks pbcopter, Brds7t7 and ThrashZone for information and guidance.

    A question :
Before installing missing patches I realized that my CPU usage was at 25 % without doing anything. Now is normal at 0%. A big difference.
I imagine it will have been so from July . When I was at 25 %, I played Dota2 and Battlefield Hardline at that time. It will not hurt , damaged the PC to play or use programs with that high CPU usage ? I felt no drastic drops FPS.

    Hi,
Yea disconnecting from the internet is for good measure seeing some services might not turn off by the update settings or someone forgets to restart the machine after changing the update settings = skipping steps :)
