Windows Updates-Which ones to keep or remove?

Good afternoon everyone.
So, I haven't updated in awhile and stayed away from W10.

I have a Windows 7-32bit laptop that I just ran a windows update on.
Can anyone suggest to me if there are some in here I need to stay away from.
I've come and read a lot of the posts and check some of the details on the KB#'s but my head spins after a while .

I wont do the Fujitsu Device Driver. Not sure why it is in important.
Think my .NET Framework 4.5.2 is where Ill stay.
My updates are set to "never", and I just do a manual check from time to time.
Here is a screen shot of what is listed today.
Any advise is really appreciated.
