A question about a usb number pad on a laptop
I have a usb number pad on my Gateway md2614u laptop, os Win7 home 32 bit. Normally in a chat prog, a text prog (like word) if you type " alt + 0176" you get the degree sign. Why won't it work with the usb number pad? Steve

Cant get prolific usb to seriel driver to work
Hi there… I have 2 cables witch is ”usb to seriel” One of the cables installes fine with the “prolific” driver. The other cable does not work. According to the manufactor both of the cables should work on that prolific driver..

PC crashes from time to time. Sometimes multiple times in a day and sometimes with a couple of days break. I uninstalled AVG as I had read here that it was one of the major causes. All seemed well, I think it lasted 3-4 days without crashing but today once again it BSOD. If you guys can help me out...
