    I have set up windows updates to install them every Saturday at 13:00 (1:00PM) because I am usually on the laptop that day so it should check for updates at that time okay see you all another time

    I think I must have forgotten to install it after fixing .NET Framework 4.6.1.

    It shows up twice in update history. I should have looked at "installed updates" after the fix!

    Anyway the Rollup is now installed and working okay.
