    Should I install KB3050265 ?

Windows update has a massive memory leak that forces me to stop the process from services every time I start my computer. KB3050276 is rumored to fix that. The same update is also said to make the upgrading experience to Windows 10 easier. I don't want Windows 10. I want to keep my Windows 7. I've heard of nightmarish stories where people have had Windows 10 force shutdown and installation, deleting software, invading their privacy and making old software unusable.

Should I take a risk of installing this update or is there a better way to get rid of these memory leaks?

    Hi,
No but these two should be installed KB3020369 & KB3172605 in that order.

I had the first update installed but not the other one. I installed KB3172605 and now the issue appears to be fixed. Thank you ThrashZone!
