Optional WinUpdate messed up my laptop/screen

So i reinstalled my os(Win7 x64) on my dell e5430 laptop today.
After installed a couple of recommended updates, decided to install 5 optional updates too(not the lang. packs)
4 was something STL protocol/security and 1 was kb3102429 which is the azerbaijani and georgian symbols pack.

Thats when my screen got messed up, I think it could be the resolution/width/fonts or something like that.
When i restarted and tried to login my password instead of 2431 just displayed IIII.
I can't access start menu it wont open, can't access right click/display resolution because it displays instead 1 up/1down little black arrows. Doesn't show the icons. Ctrl+alt+delete doesn't show the icons too only the shut down button, can't restart.
It's basically the Google Chrome which is working and the win help, support from recycle bin.

Tried deleting the kb3102429 update from cmd but when the user account control windows appears i can't read it too(just the red icon and white nothing) can't select yes or no option.

Tried safe mode too, it's the same.

Now that was a long post, and my description is pretty bad i know but i can't describe it better. I would be happy if someone could help me.

    Hi Twylo,
as you just re-installed you dont have any other option apart from the system restore point created on installation of your first set of updates.

Unfortunately i don't have system restore or backup enabled.
I think my problem will be something with screen resolution/width gone crazy like fonts and icons pulled apart.

    Hi Twylo,
if you know those update no's

    from an >>elevated<< command mode

    wusa / uninstall /kb:xxxxxxx

    where xxxx is the Kb,
    (note the ":" and spaces)
then reboot, all 5 can be run prior to reboot.

Yeah, it was pretty hard to run elevated cmd when i can't see text and icons and can't click but i tried this.
Problem is when i type it the user account control windows pops up with the red icon and white blank screen. Can't read anything and can't click on it and if i press enter it just disappears.

edit: or it's maybe not UAC windows because of the red X icon.
