I want to archive the updates for windows 7

can I just like find a place to dl the updates from so I can save the files to the install iso cd i use? That would make installing win 7 so much easier...

i need a list of all the updates windows 7 pr 64 should have. Everyone...

I need to be able to dl each update, one by one would be nice, cause its easy and i can not do it all at once.

I need to be able to save the files to a cd rom... a dvd rom actually.

    if you can help thanks.

ive been having issues with updates, when it connects it works great, but ive tried like 12 times in the last two days with nothing but errors or missed updates, etc. and i even lost data and had to reformat again. why is MS backstabbing the users like bitches, I dont want win 10.

    to add, i google'd it...

How to Update Windows 7 All at Once with Microsoft’s Convenience Rollup

this is what i found what do you all think? can this work for me? i have little experience compared to you all so im asking to save time and stress.... i greatly appreciate it guys. i know you share my frustration.

SP1 is SP1. SP2 is just the convenience rollup KB3125574

    Microsoft Update Catalog

Since that article was written you probably also need to add KB3177467 and KB3172605.

KB3172605 contains the latest WU Client.

NOTE: I have not actually made one of these updated installation ISO's myself.

Doesn't that rollup contain the GWX and telemetry updates?

hmm yea idk. this is all kinda beyond my concrete understanding of how computers work and all, this is all very much a learning experience for me, to say the least.

in this link I posted in the first thread How to Update Windows 7 All at Once with Microsoft’s Convenience Rollup I think it mentioned which updates were classified as such... but I wouldnt know

It doesn't contain GWX according to the above. Aslo see:

Whatever happened to that promised Windows 7 convenience rollup?
