    KB3125574 does include KB's Win 10 Telemetry KB's3068708, 3075249 & 3080149.
It doesn't contain GWX according to the above. Aslo see:

Whatever happened to that promised Windows 7 convenience rollup?
    Thank you for clarifying! :)

I haven't tried this yet, this might be useful for pulling individual KBs that you have determined you want:
    Microsoft Update Catalog

MS built a new site for the Update Catalog that works with browsers other than IE such as PaleMoon, Firefox, Chrome, etc. available here:

can I just like find a place to dl the updates from so I can save the files to the install iso cd i use? That would make installing win 7 so much easier...

Do take note that some updates have to be done before other updates, else it may failed.

Go to Windows updates, and on the left panel, select click "View Update History"

You can view and see how the date of the updates.

yes but I need a list of all the updates I should have... ?

I use this to get ones I think I need, I just have no idea how to tell what updates I lack. :)

Im having an issue right now with a receiving an error that states something to do with my WMI is corrupted or not working properly. Which I have gone thru a fix, twice now, for no change...

windows says there are no more updates... I have 214 updates at this time, so it says... and the hack actually worked before crashing the game about 2 min after starting... then not working again giving the same err 8 code.

Everything else in my computer works fine,... ofc im operating malicious software, so idk if thats why windows doesnt like it? lol
