    Windows will not update

I cannot get my updates. when I search for them it goes around and around. I left it going this morning for 3 hrs and it still showed me nothing, only searching and the icon going around and around.

Can I get some help on this plz? I have to go out for a few hours, but will check back here when I return,

    Follow these instructions exactly.
First, set Windows Updates to never check for Updates.
Next restart your computer, then install KB3020369, if not installed.
    Then install KB3172605.

Windows updates should return to normal. You can then reset your updates to automatically check for updates if desired

Windows 10 should not be offered any longer. You do not need to set it to automatic, however, I usually set it to ask me before downloading but do this after all the steps are performed.
