No updates installed, update loop and error

When I access Windows Update 'Installed Updates' there is nothing there apart from Office2010, Adobe Reader, Silverlight and Visual C++ updates installed.

There are always three pending updates to be found in Windows Update: KB2977759 and KB3004469 and Windows IE9. The two KB updates will install, then show up in 'Check for Updates' repeatedly or occasionally fail and show error 80070002. The IE9 update receives error code 9C48.

Running Windows Update Troubleshooter displays error 0x80070003 - not fixed.

    I've tried this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/910336
    All drivers are updated.
    Also tried WSUSoffline.
I've more or less tried every solution that I could find over several days of trawling the net. At this stage any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi Demos,
    please update your comp specs.
Current ones relate to a Laptop that is a from a UK OEM specific retailer.
Then please run this tool, copy/paste the output.

Can you also post the details of ths CBS log,
and last days entries from the windowsupdate log.

note 2gb of RAM is not really enough, get more.
