Looks like two things a windows activation and permission challenge

    Hi,

It's seems i have a multitude of challenge, system restore is not working error:0x80042318, win activation error:0x8004fe22, HKCR\TypeLib\{565783C6-CB41-11D1-8B02-00600806D9B6} is missing, windows\system32\slmgr.vbs = Library not registered and some other things are not registered, module msxml4.dll failed to load, module vssapi.dll was loaded but the entry point dirregisterServer was not found.
It's a real messup i'm overwhelm, id try some command that i see on others threads no succes and i'm lost and tired could someone help me. I think that, is two things an Update and maybe revo uninstaller.
Oh! i cant change anything in user account nor instaled printer driver "hands are lock".

    Hi Arcturus,

running out of date tools doesn't help either.

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=52012

As you have a system builder licence, you should also the discs.
Run a repair install using them.

    Hi, Roy

What u mean by out of date tool? and repair instal is something i will try when no other choice will remain.

I read the threads "repair install" and i'm not completly sure what the warning means.

You can only do a repair install with the same edition Windows 7 installation disc for the same edition of Windows 7 that you have installed.

You cannot use a OEM Windows 7 "Factory" Restore/Recovery type of installation disc that came with or created from a store bought computer to do a repair install with. These can only be used do a clean install instead.

You can do a repair install on a factory OEM installation with the latest official Windows 7 with SP1 ISO filehere: IS IT MY CASE?

But i would like to find another way, i prefer, im learning in the same time.

    Thanks!

    Hi Arcturus,

The link i posted is for the latest version of tool you used to create the report in your first post
    (yours is V19, current V27).

Yes i do know about the limitations of diifferent versions.

According to the report, (this will not change in the newer version)
You have a Sysytem Builder licence
When you purchased it -- the discs WOULD have been included, and the key is on >> the packaging <<.

No packaging would imply that its non-genuine, THEY MUST BE SOLD TOGETHER.
the corruption on your system implies faulty install media.

Run the tool from my link, copy/paste the output.

    Hi Arcturus,

Nice catch Avast has been doing this a lot lately
can you uninstall it for the time being,
    use thier uninstaller
    http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe

    IMPORTANT
run the uninstaller from SAFE MODE

    REBOOT

Now going back to the non-genuine, ive been hunting around.

The report is stating that the installed product key has "expired", its using a default one
now i cannot find your default activation key.,

from Control panel >> system >> change product key
can you input the key on the packaging

Microsoft product keys do not contain any of the following characters:
    Numbers 0, 1 and 5
    Letters A, E, I, L, N, O, S, U, and Z

IF the key is only on the CD then i suspect that its a pirated copy, and the media is also corrupt.
    Where did you get it!!
