Windows 7: unable to update on my 32 bit win 7 pro :-(

Hi Imback,

That report is showing some minor hiccups.
they MIGHT be resolved in 1 of 2 ways
Use the COA sticker code on your comp, or from the anytime upgrade package.
You may have used the wrong BIOS update, Vista instead of W7.
(you will need to check on that models update page.)

Your comp was not shipped with that OS originally.

hi roy great to get your input.
my pc has never run well since it was infected about 2 years ago and where i got this so call experpert to fix which he reinstalled win 7 and charged me a lot of money for the privilege,would do a reinstall myself help? i think i have a win 7 on my D-drive

Thank you everyone for giving me your time and efforts in solving my issues but in the end i reinstalled a fresh copy of win 7 which sems to be working/updating as normal (fingers crossed) once again many many thanks.
