Unable to update Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, error C80003FE

Hello,

I came across an error when I tried to apply Windows Update on my laptop. However, I would come across this error message.

Would there be any way for me to help further diagnose this problem with a log? How would I proceed to obtain this log?

Just do reply #2 from this thread and you should be fine.

Windows Update will not update and I've tried multiple fixes


Is this a new install ? Did this problem just start out of the blue ?

This problem just happened, I haven't updated windows since a year so I decided to update it since I need it for .net frameworks 4.6

Not a new install, and I've tried the solution #2, does not work.
