Window Update failing error code 800736B3

I have been trying to repair and do Windows Updates with no joy! I have run system readiness tool, seems not to work properly.

Ran sfc /scannow, no problems found!

I have attached CBS Logs, Thank you!

Thanks for your reply, however, a now have another problem and I hope you can help?

last week I tried to update windows using WSUS offline update wich did not work either. I just noticed that windows showed updates to be installed, so I restarted the computer. Now there is a WOUTempAdmin account and another user, The main login is gone! with no way to login! The WOUTtempAdmin is password protected and other User is password protected. The main login was Jamie, but it's gone. Can you guide me with any help on this? I have attached a screenshot of the desktop via Remote connect.

Please disregard last post, I have taken care of that problem. (WOUTempAdmin)

I followed your instructions from the thread you suggested, here is where I am. KB3020369 was already installed and KB3172605 failed.

Any help at all? I'd like to be able to take care of this without a reformat.

Thank you, Layback bear for the link! That info helped me with WOUTempAdmin!

    Hi Adetor,
If you used WSUS, then you should be upto date.

please run this tool copy/paste the output
