Right lets take a different route,

Were going to recreate the Licensing Store

    1) Click Start button.
    2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
    3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
    4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
    5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    8) Type: net start sppsvc
    9) Type: slui.exe
    10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.

Run MGADiag again, and post the report

    Hi Crossfire,

    C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Softw
    ectionPlatform>rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
The system cannot find the file specified.

    That would explain the problem

    pleae run sfc /scannow

    reboot X2

    rerun the Mgadiag tool.

Roy, I have a question, I notice that the last 15 numbers/letters of the product key in my last posted MGA report is different from whats on the side of my machine. Could this be the problem and if you know how this could have happened?

    Hi Cross,
need to see that sfc- CBS log please.

    Dont worry about the keys,
The one showing on the report was entered by HP when they built your comp
(its the same for every HP W7 pro)
The other (COA) is your back-up key and its unique
    DO NOT POST IT

    Hi Cross,
    slipped under me radar,
can you follow the instructions from here please.
    Note
The file is genuine and malware free, the Author NoelDp is an expert and valued member here.

    1) Please delete your Product Key!

    I've uploaded a file - sluicom64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg

right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
    Close all windows, and reboot.

Run another MGADiag report, and post the results.
