Optional update KB2952664 was republished today

It's optional so I hid it. I trust MS as far as I can spit upwind in a hurricane.

Was this update documented this way before, or is the bolded text new info ?
This is an update i never installed on systems i didn't want to upgrade to Win10, it is hidden.
I like to keep my systems as updated and current as possible, hopefully they work better that way.

As far as I know the last version had this description:

When I went to that site, it claimed that my browser was out of date and I needed to update to the latest version to be able to use the site. So, when did IE12 come out?

It's something to do with the way the page is archived and nothing to worry about.
