Error installing KB2999226 Universal runtime update on W7 Ent. 64 SP1

there is a way of installing part packages,-
In the CBS report it stated that package 2 was not applicable

pulled in a bit of help,
after downloading the tool in post#2,
Follow Brians instrctions here
[Win7SP1 Enterprise] update but only 1 package of 2 required

Thanks for the continued support! I really appreciate it. I tried running the SURT tool and I have attached the results.
