Security Update KB4012215 Failure Error Code 8024200D

Windows Update repeatedly fails to install the March, 2017 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 (KB4012215), with Failed code 8024200D.

Windows installs update 1 of 1 during shutdown, but the same update appears in Windows Update again.

I searched numerous forums and found similar issues, albeit with older KBs.

• Ran SURT Windows 6.1-KB947821-v34-x86.msu - install completed OK
• Ran SFC Scannow - no errors found
• Ran Windows Update again with same failed code 8024200D
• Collected CBS Log (attached)

Windows 7 Pro SP1 32-bit

Attempted to upload CBS Log zip, but received following error:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

I informed the admin.

I am unable to upload the CBS.zip file to my thread Security Update KB4012215 Failure Error Code 8024200D in Windows Updates and Activation.

Following steps in How to Upload and Post a Screenshot and File in Seven Forums, I receive this error message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

What additional info do you need to sort this out?
