    As Jack mentioned your comp is in a notification state after years of being installed, this points towards a program/infection that has been installed on your system in the last 5 months.
    (you have re-armed either 2 or 4 times, more likely the the latter as you have a system builder licence)

    I do have a fix BUT if its an infection it will be overwritten on a reboot.
    Please run the following
    ESET on-line scan (dissable any other AV)
    Malwarebytes
    remove anything found
    reboot
    Create a restore point
    reboot

    If its a program then the fix will not work until its removed, as i said its likely that it was installed in the last 5 months, if you can remember which uninstall it/them.

    The fix
    Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands

    TAKEOWN /F C:\Windows\System32\slui.exe /A
    ICACLS C:\Windows\System32\slui.exe /remove:d Everyone
    ICACLS C:\Windows\System32\slui.exe /grant "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller":F)
    ICACLS C:\Windows\System32

    for some reason, i tried to do the cmd command, slmgr ipk and ato again, and said i have successfully activated my windows so im happy about it. i did a restart and after minues of usage, the error showed again, saying my computer is not running genuine windows with error code 0x8004fe22 but checked computer properties saying windows activated, even with the diagnostic tools.

    Hi Presto,
    i cant see anything wrong with the key,

    So as a last resort prior to a Clean install,
    lets try rebuilding the licence store
    follow the instructions in the screenshot

    after my last post i did another googling and i found this forum thread which i believe has the same problem as mine and i tried Noel D Paton's instruction and i think it got resolved with 0 validation code? i hope everything is resolved! here's my updated report.
