Receiving "important updates" for x64 Office with 32b Office installed

Hello, I had a 64 bit version of Office 2010 installed on my computer, and it was causing some problems with some databases, so I used the Microsoft tool to remove Office and reinstalled it as a 32 bit version. Ever since then, I've been getting a bunch of updates in my Windows Update list under the "important updates" section for the 64 bit version, and so it tries to install them every time I turn off my computer. I don't receive any error messages, but the next time I look, the updates are still there. I'm even seeing some optional updates for Office 2007 which I never had installed, so I'm not sure why those are showing up. Is there any way to clear these out of the update list so it doesn't take forever to shut down my computer installing updates that don't actually install?

So far I've ran the SURT and SFC Scan tools per the instructions here, and have the CBS logs in a zip file, but when I try to attach them here I get a 404 error for some reason.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional x64 Service Pack 1. I have Office Professional 2010 Version 14.0.7181.5000 (32-bit) currently installed.
