OK, I'd read Your previous posts about not being able to update after the rollback from Win 10. You're using a Genuine Dell Reinstallation ISO so I'll assume there's nothing wrong with the install media. So it's time to figure out what is wrong.

In Post #4 TrashZone posted a Link for the Windows Update Posting instructions: Windows Update Posting Instructions
If You've done Step #2, three times, rebooting between runs, does sfc /scannow find errors or not ? If there are errors then You'll likely need to do a fresh or refresh install. Running an out of date copy of Win 7 online is a Big Not Good.

If there aren't any sfc errors You need to follow Steps #3 and #4. Anyone attempting to help you will need the error codes and CBS logs. Just waking up from My old person Nap so You'll have to look up the uploading instructions or wait for someone to come along and post a link.

Also can You tell Me which CPU is in Your Rig, as well as if You're running Norton Before attempting the updates ?

Ooops see the uploading instructions in step #5: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Can't even run SFC. Tells me only an administrator during a console session can run SFC. Hell, I am the administrator and only user.

KB3125574 failed just like the others. On reboot, reverts back. Guess I'm stuck

    Well their are problems.
    The log shows

    OEM SLP
    Model>Latitude E5410</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>Dell Inc.<
    Your system show.
    Win 7,Professional,Dell,XXXXX-OEM-8992671-00524
    From your system specs
    Computer type PC/Desktop
    System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell7010
Dell 7010 is a Desktop that came with Windows 8 Pro
Latitude E5410 is a Laptop Windows 7 Pro.

Because of the above is probably why you have these from your log.
    File Scan Data--> File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watadminsvc.exe[Hr = 0x80070003] File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\npwatweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003] File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watux.exe[Hr = 0x80070003] File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003]

Please explain where you got Windows 7 Pro and the COA key.

A OEM/SLP COA can only be used the the system it was installed and activated on the first time.

Can't answer your questions. It is a 5410 laptop with the update problem, bought new for my business some years ago, and we used the disk came with it to reload win 7 pro. The 7010 is another PC on my network and runs win 10 pro. I access this forum with the 7010 as the laptop, without the updates, is not being used on the internet at this time. In fact, the laptop is rarely needed on the internet except to download machine firmware for the business. otherwise, its a service machine only.
