how to create shortcut for "view update history"?

I wish to create a shortcut that directly runs, "View update history".
I've run Command as Administrator, and moved myself into the C:\Windows\System32\ directory.
I can run the next line,
control.exe "Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update\View update history"
but it does not get me anywhere:
- The 'View update history' window never starts up.
- Running the command never gives any error messages. You start it, it sends a newline to the screen and prints the next prompt.

What do I need to do instead?
Thanks.

Thank you Torchwood. Worked nicely.

When I fire this up, it takes a while to scan all my updates.
Is there a way to speed that up?
Is this storage area indexed? Or can't the indexer index this area?
