Trying to fix D3dcompiler_47, update failed. Error Code 80070BC9

    Hello,

I was trying to fix this error, whenever I try to open a program like Autodesk Design Review, It gives the error that d3dcompiler_47.dll is missing. I read online that I needed to update with KB4019990. But when I tried, it failed and game me error code 80070BC9. I tried the solution as shown here, Windows update error code 80070BC9 - Microsoft Community

but that was to no avail. Then I tried to install the System Update Readiness Tool but the installation wouldnt go ahead of Initializing Installation. So now im stuck and need to fix this problem ASAP.

I have tried to upload the file but there was always some problem, therefore I have uploaded the CBS file on dropbox : Dropbox - CBS.zip

Any help would be greatly appreacted

    hi obaidrock1

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt:

copy and paste in the following:

    fsutil resource setautoreset true %systemdrive%\

    attrib -r -s -h %SystemRoot%\System32\Config\TxR\*
    del %SystemRoot%\System32\Config\TxR\*

    attrib -r -s -h %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*
    del %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*.tm*
    del %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*.blf
    del %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*.regtrans-ms

and press enter after the final line if necessary.

If you are asked if you are sure, type Y and press enter.

    REBOOT

Please update your Netframework version, this should install the missing driver automatically.
    (is Autodesk also upto date)
