I may be able to assist you but I have a question regarding your OS.
Your system specs indicate your version of Windows is Windows 7 Enterprise & is only available to businesses through volume licensing. Windows 7 Enterprise is designed for the corporate world and will only be used by large businesses. It will not be available at retail or by OEMs for pre-installation on a new PC.

Where did you get your OS?
