Do you have Windows 7 installation disk or Windows 7 ISO?
if so insert it in DVD drive and run SFCFix by niemiero, then try SURT KB947812 again, If it completes, go to:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
copy and paste to desktop: CheckSUR.log and CheckSUR.Persist.log
compress/zip the files and attach to your next post.

If you don't have WIN 7 DVD or ISO you can download it here:
TechBench
All editions ( pro, home premium, etc ) can be made available from any windows 7 iso - either by removing the ei.cfg file from the sources folder, or by using
eicfg_removal_utility.zip

You`ll need a 4GB flash drive or a blank dvd and burner.
ImgBurn to burn ISO to DVD
or
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
