    Windows genuine poping saying my liscence is not correct


    Hello,

    I'm having an issue with my microsoft Genuine -> error 0x8004fe21
    Already tried to delete the key and put it again... but still having the same issue

    Welcome to the forum. It seems to be a volume license which means it doesn't activate via MS but locally on a Kms server so it's likely you have a pirated copy

    Hi UnclBrawl,

    Samuria is partly correct, you are using a MAK key - these are sold to companies.
    mainly, but not entirely, for users whose computers did NOT have a SLIC table present,

    (MAK keys ARE validated against MS servers not the Volume licence holders own server)

    If you purchased the key then its likely non-genuine

    You do however have another problem, corrupt/tampered files present.
    They are quite specific, i wolud like to know where you got your key

    From what i can find that Model came with W7, possibly shipped with W8 as the marker is present.
    Does it have a COA attached if so use that.
