Have logs. It will take me a while to prepare fixes, with 2 SFCFixScripts. Hopefully I'll get to it later tonight.

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop
Download and save attachments to your Desktop
How to drag and drop: left-click on item while holding down left mouse button & drag item
Drag and drop SfCFix.zip on top of SFCFix
notepad will open, you can close notepad
Drag and drop SFCFixScript.txt on top of SFCFix
notepad will open, you can close notepad
Run SURT again and post CheckSUR.log

I'm thinking about not using Avast anymore if it causes a lot of errors. Here's the CheckSUR.log after reinstalling Avast, restarting the PC, and running SURT.
Have SFCFix.exe by Niemiro on desktop
Extract Repairs.zip to desktop
Run below in this order:
Run 1st
Run 2nd
Drag & Drop
SFCFixScript onto SFCFix.exe by Niemiro
reboot
Run SURT again and post logs
In regards to Avast, after I corrected similar errors to yours, SURT has been clear of Avast errors. If you decide to utilize another free AV, I'd recommend Bitdefender free.
