2 computers with Outlook 2010 but different updates

I have KB4011711 patch for outlook 2010 on one computer but it is not appearing in the list on the other computer either already installed or available to install so I went on to Microsoft download centre and downloaded it but it would not install because a pop up window said
"There are no products affected by this package installed on this system"
So I am a bit confused, was the KB4011711 perhaps included in another roll up that the other computer did not have so it was offered as a separate install .

That update requires Sp2 for office installed. Perhaps you don't yet have it installed on the computer it isn't being offered on. How to tell which Office service pack is installed | SoftArtisans

    Thanks for the help.
It is a service pack 2 install in fact identical to the 2nd computer.
Here more info on my issue.
I had not updated my pcs for 10 months and just started catching up, I only do important security ones for win7 and Office.
On both computers i did all the office ones offered.
I left the final win7 security roll up till last as before i install I always check KB numbers for issues, its then I read about the vulnerability that KB4011711 addresses in outlook.
When I looked on one computer it was there, I then looked on the other and could not find it.

I have just checked both computers and they have all the same Office updates installed with the exception of KB4011711 for outlook AND I have found another one KB3128027 for Powerpoint which also is not there and I get the same
"There are no products affected by this package installed on this system" message when I try a manual install

Suspect you have different processors on those machines.

That KB is Spectre/meltdown patch so it will only be valid for specific CPU's.

    Both are intels
1 is an i5 that has the updates
the other is a 2 core

I understood the update to relate to outlook and not to do with meltdown/ spect
found info about it here https://www.computerworld.com/articl...b-2952664.html as well as MS site

The core 2 line is an old line predating the i-series. I wasn't able to find anything on it but those processors may not be patched due to their age.
