KB4284826 and KB4284842 fail to install (June monthly rollup)

Try as much as I can I just can't get these updates to install error code 80073701 . Help appreciated.
    Win 7 64 bit sp1
It seems according to other forums intel processors that don't support sse2 are the culprit! However mine should do. Looks like the full reinstall is coming my way! A cpuid file can be uploaded if necessary.

    Hi loui,
    Welcome to SevenForums!
Please follow Windows Update Posting Instructions so we have info needed to help you. Laptop model, etc. in your specs would help too. No you don't need to do a full reinstall!! Your error code usually indicates SP1 is not installed properly or corrupt.
Do you have unused language packs installed?

Hi loui, welcome to Seven Forums,

As Snick has pointed out, if you get your system specifications sorted out in your UserCP > Edit System Spec setup it will be easier for members to help you and give you the correct advice.

The tutorial below [Published by Brink and written by CyberZeus] let's you easily see all of your system information, along with the option of making filling out your system specifications here at Seven Forums easier.

How to See Your System Specs with "System Info"

    I hope this helps!

    System specs
Please run System Update Readiness Tool, post CheckSUR.log windowsupdate.log. CheckSUR.log is located in the CBS folder which is located in C:\

BTW you can delete all the persist logs if you wish, not needed.
