Roy
I loaded KB971033, rebooted, still have connectivity issues (norton liveupdate fails, java client app failing to server, windows update). Browser appears to connect to server w/o delay right now. Could this be Winhttp issue, registry. I still haven't been able to load 3140245 (TLS1.2) and I've read about other potential registry issues like SCHANNEL but haven't investigated it enough to understand it. I'd think these should be patches/updates from MS.

Hi Betterdays,
please do the following in order
check the time on your comp if its incorrect - reset perform update check
if the above succeeds NO further actions below will be required
Remove Norton completely
follow the instructions in the screenshot
Roy
So after having to have to take the back off the All-in-One to locate the MS COA as described by the HP quick setup guide, all I find is a Win Pro sticker. Nothing listed either on the CD-ROM but i did find the product ID in the control panel -> System tab. I'm pretty sure that will work but want to confirm before recreating the license store. Thanks.
PS
Clock was in sync with others machines.
Also, this OS is one where you have capability to switch to Windows 10 (not sure if this could be the cause or part of it)
From product sheet:
- OS Provided: Type
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Edition- OS Provided
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Edition (available through downgrade rights from Windows 10 Pro 64-bit) + Windows 10 Pro 64-bit License - English
Also, I don't have a means to completely remove Norton now since it doesn't show under control panel -> programs tab -> uninstall program.
