Update KB4457144 and others keeps failing

    I can't update my Win 7 Pro 64Bit.
    I get error code 80073712 for update KB4457144 and 800B0100 for updates KB3156016, KB3110329, KB3078601.
I have followed all the steps outlined in forum's guide, as well as trying multiple restarts and clearing dead end registry entries.
All that I accomplished is that after Microsoft 500MB fix, my theme went to default and I can't change frame colors or wallpaper.

Log in 7z as it was quite large:

Here's your missing cat, mum, manifests, and related Batch programs.
    Please download
    SURT.zip
    extract/unzip to your Desktop
Double-click Copy Manifests & Packages Folders to Temp
Run SURT tool again, when it completes
    Double-click CheckSUR.log to Desktop
Post CheckSUR.log that is now on your Desktop

Well, that didn't work. Apparently the replacement files didn't get copied to the Temp folder. Worked perfectly many times on my Desktop. SMH!!

Let's try manual copy and paste

Please download and extract/unzip CheckSUR.zip to your Desktop
copy and paste CheckSUR folder into

    C:\Windows\Temp

    run SURT tool

    Double-click CheckSUR.log to Desktop

Post CheckSUR.log that is now on your Desktop
