On a clean install, there are at present, over 240+ WU updates. Now rather than letting M$ WU update your OS, which involves many hours of downloading, installing and re-booting, you can use DISM++ to do it all for you.

    DISM++ - Basic Overview

DISM++ is a FREE implementation tool that has the ability to perform Windows Updates [WU]. Some of the advantages [but not all] are:

[1] The GUI is very easy to understand and use.
[2] It is much faster than M$’s WU because it uses a different engine.
[3] It downloads the DB from M$, scans your OS, and then lists the updates available.
[4] It gives you the option of what you want to install.
[5] It doesn’t install superseded updates like M$ does.
[6] It warns you of any suspect and Telemetry updates, and any updates that have known issues.
    [7] It doesn’t require re-booting between updates.
[8] It can be used to either update an install.wim image offline, or to update the LIVE OS.

    I hope this helps!

Yes, check all the boxes on DISM++. Your system specs don't say how much RAM you have. If it's 4gb or less you will most likely run out of memory trying to install all at once.

Did you delete ALL the partitions to leave a single partition of un-allocated space during the clean install?

    I hope this helps!

yes a clean install. repartition the hard drive.nothing on it.no old or hidden partition.
    strange very strange.
very strange properties of c: say 32gb i miscalculated sorry.

this thing is strange .if i update my linux destop it is up to date in an hour maybe and it dose not take 2 days to update. and its still not done
any ideas to cut corners if i have to do this multiple times?

    edit:
so this is realy strealy strange:
if i click on properties of the c: drive it show 52 gb
when i mark all folders in c: and click properies it shows 32gb
    (maybe hidden folders?)
