    I tried.

    Those should have worked they are for x64 as you system specs indicate.

    I tried to perform Repair Install from DVD. No luck. It stuck at 18% of expanding Windows files.

    Then I tried downloading manually Win Update from your link (KB3020369). I chose All supported x64 based versions of Win 7.

    I got The update is not applicable to your computer notification again....I tried to change System locale, but o no avail.
