Windows 7: the latest windows update cannot be removed

yes i say again it is a win 7 premium 64 bit and usually there is a blue line showing progress.

but why will the faulty computer (T-17) start with new disc?
it wont start with the recovery disk made with it!

[1] I don't think your laptop is faulty!

[2] The recovery disk didn't work though [maybe the disk is corrupted or the recovery partition is corrupted]!

I have got a funny feeling that the Win 7 64-bit disk that you found is a Recovery Disk and not an Installation Disk!

If it was a recovery disk, then running it should re-install the factory settings from the recovery partition. But as you have stated previously, there was no recovery partition or the recovery partition was corrupted.

Creating a new installation media will put a brand new fresh installation of Win 7 back on your laptop.
