    Hi Michaldurco,

    The key currently in use is the default, it will never activate

    From what i can find that comp originally came with W7 Pro.
    Use the back-up product key on the COA sticker, (check battery compartment)
    Control Panel >> System >> click on change product key - may require a phone call

    Did you reinstall the OS at some stage NOT using Dell media, as you appear to have a Retail image install.
