Hi Snick,

Didn't know if you'd had time to look over this 2nd Run of the Fixlog.txt.

I was unsure if we were going forward or calling it a day, I'm game either way.

I've got another Security Monthly Quality Rollup to install, but am waiting on the go ahead from you.

Also, wanted to Thank You so much for your time, kindness & patience with helping me.

Jenn

Hi Again,

Well I'm at a big loss, I can not get the zip file to attach.
I've tried and tried and keep getting a 404 Error Code.

I only have one Persist Log but I have 5 Persist Cab Files
I put them in a Folder and then zipped the file for you.

I'm going to shut down the computer & go to bed.
I'll try it again later.

Hmmmm, went back & took snip of the ► Logs ►CBS
and was able to attach that, must be something else stopping
it from uploading .....SMH

I also attached the Error Code I get when I try to upload.

Could the zip be balking due to the cab files ??

Have a good day, catch you later !!!

Jenn

No cab files are zipped CBS logs. If the CBS log becomes more than 50 megabytes (MB) in size, it is truncated. The truncated portion is stored at the following location.
%WINDIR%\logs\cbs.persist.log

Please download and run

Uninstall KB4019264.bat

What did the popups say?

Hello Snick,

Here's where I am, I looked for the WINDIR\logs\cbs.persist.log ....
NO Folder for it .. See attached

Downloaded and ran Attachment 407496 (Uninstall KB4019264)
The only thing that popped up was a question asking if I wanted to run it.
I said yes, it went through uninstall & had to be rebooted ....
Image attached:

When computer started up I got the attached PopUpError Message plus my Internet was out.
I've attached what the PopUp said, & what Windows said it fixed ..I DID get my Internet back.
See 2 Images ::

I also attached the Persist Log file, if you need anything else just let me know.

Will be away from the computer for a bit, it's beautiful here in TN and
I seriously need to do some work in the yard.
When you live alone you dohave to do it all.
And I'm hindered by my broken bones & this stupid boot.

Have a good day !!!

Jenn
