Good Morning Nic,

I was able to download from M$, and it installed successfully.

Funny thing, my iCloud was not working before. It kept giving me an iCloud Error.
However, after the install of KB4489878 and the reboot, it seems to be working now.
Also, on the reboot I didn't get that iCloud Error message this time.

Does this mean we're all good, no more issues ???
If so I'll miss you leading me down the Microsoft correction path.

Jenn

Hello Nic,

I had a 1 success (KB4489892) and 1 fail (KB915597) but I re-ran the fail and it worked.
(See attached screenshot 1 & 2).
After reboot everything looked good.

Then TODAY after the above I got a new PopUp saying I had 3 new Updates.

I ran them, 2 successes (KB2676562 & KB3118401) and 1 fail (KB3123479)
I've tried re-running the fail but it failed again.
(See attached screenshots 3 & 4)

I put them all in a zip file to keep the message from being so messy.

Thanks, Jenn

Hi Nic, No Problem, I sincerely understand.

I looked at your screenshot and it showed the CBS Log + the CBS Persist Cab Files
so I zipped all of those up. I hope I was supposed to include that CBS Log too.

Okay, the zip file balked, I'm going to try just doing the CBS.persist.cab files.

If you want the CBS Log, just shoot me a message & I'll get it right to you.

Balked again giving me a Server Error, (screenshot attached) any idea what could be going on.

Jenn

The extension can't be .cab, it as to be .zip or .rar
try the entire CBS folder then zip is 8.95 MB max
