    Hi Jenn,
Sorry for the delay. Life got in the way!

    Did you run uninstall KB4480955.zip
If not run it and follow prompts.
Then download FRSTx64, place it on your desktop and double click it.
in the FRST searchbox copy and paste

    KB4480955

then click Search Registry. Post logs that appear please.

    Morning Snick,

I have completed all the above instructions ....

Will attach the "Search Registry" Log as a zip file now, it was to large to attach without being zipped.

Btw, no problem at all on the delay, we all understand life gets in the way occassionally

Thank you so much for your help !!

    Good Evening Snick,

I've completed the steps above and will attach the Fixlist txt log in a zip file for you.

Please let me know if it's okay, seems like it took forever to run and the last time that happened I'd made a mistake.

Here's the about:config tweak for you to prevent extra blank lines between paragraphs
    Open Firefox
    in the URL paste about:config
    Yes, you will be careful
In the searchbox copy & paste

    editor.use_div_for_default_newlines

double click entry to toggle entry from true to false
Your screen should now look like this.

Good job on the log Jenn.

Please download fixlist.zip and extract contents to desktop
FRST should still be on your desktop
    Run FRST, click Fix.
    Post Fixlog

Posting the 2nd Run of the Fixlog.txt, hope you see a difference, I don't.

I still see weird Error and Unable to fix remarks in the text.
