The link has expired man, Ive been keeping my eye on my emails and got none yesterday when you sent these replies...

I just didnt reboot after the un install, i used avg clear then and rebooted. My laptop just installed something then restarted and installed again before i could log on. Idk whats been downloaded but ill do the FRST if i can catch u this evening? ill do a surt before the frst if u think thats a good idea?

Most always for Windows to apply changes a reboot is required.
Run of SURT now would indicate what AVG clear did or didn't do with the issues and report in CheckSUR.log & added to persist.
Please run SURT and post CheckSUR.log

Looking back i should have rebooted before avg clear! silly me lol

after auto reboot please download
FRSTx64 and place it on your desktop
run it
copy and paste
KB4054518; KB4490628
into searchbox
click search registry
post logs that appear on your desktop

Cannot install: 2018-02 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7
