error message while installing a Win 7 update

This is on a Dell Inspiron 15-3541 laptop, OS Win 7 Home 32bit. I am trying to run an Amiga A500 emulator. The WinUAE emulator prog is asking for "Windows update (KB2670838)" to be installed. I tried installing the update manually, Win 7 auto updates is turned off. I keep getting at the end of the install "install failed. The following updates were not installed" Then bellow the line is the update name and file #. 2 Questions, is the auto update been turned off. And/or a problem with Zone Alarm?
I have used DosBox emulator, Commodore 64/128 emulator, Eduke emulator and the Nintendo 64 emulator. All of the emulators menchened above work just fine. I have never had a problem with installing a Windows 7 update.
A question. I read that Win 10 Pro (I have it on a bootable USB drive) has a built in emulator that can be config to read/write Amiga A500 floppy disks, and play the games also, is this true?

Before I answer Vineet Garg's quote.

Why am I receiving the following post "Attention: reble" bellow?

    * I know that my Win 7 Home 32bit is Genuine. I bought the disk some time ago at Walmart. Why is the Genuine question even been brought up? MicroSoft is satisfied that my Win 7 disk is Genuine.

    * I have been on this forum for a long time. I only post a question when I can't solve the problem my self. And I am fairly good at figuring out Win 7. I got Win 7 not to long after it came out. My 1st Win OS was Win 3.0 and I worked up. I have been fixing electronic type stuff (2 way radios, tv's, stereo sys's and vcr's) long before the idea of a personal computers was even a dream. I was inside a Unvac 1 replacing vacuum tubes. I also have fixed WW2, 2 way radios.

    * I know the rules about hijack somebody else's post. I don't do that.

Finely I think the whole post about "Attention: reble" is insulting.

To Vineet Garg's reply. I know the Windows Update Posting Instructions. I have been on this forum a long time. I only post a question when I have followed all the normal ideas and procedures to solve the problem. I am looking for an answer to the question because the normal procedure didn't work. So Vineet if you are going to post please make it a useful post.

    Attention: reble

Before starting a new thread please read and follow the instructions below.

Please remember to start your own thread - Do not hijack somebody else's!!!

    2. Your OS genuine status is not in question.
Sometimes even a genuine system face in genuine status problem after some updates. In that case one has to follow that link before making a thread for the problem.
    3. You may try to disable ZoneAlarm & then try to install the update.
    4. Its good that you have followed the instructions there but you did not provide any of the information mentioned there. The tools are not just troubleshooting tools but they also collect good amount of information from your OS. That information can be helpful in doing advanced level troubleshooting.

Well the "Attention: reble" has my nick in it. The I way see it, it was pointed directly at me. I am not the only one that thinks like that. I have my reasons for thinking like that. But I don't want to say why in open forum.
I tried disengaging Zone Alarm and it didn't do any good. I still get the same message "Windows update (KB2670838) failed to installed"

    Hello @reble,

That is nothing but a generic message at the top of the Windows Update forum area for all members to see.

It is designed to help members know what information to post depending on their issue to get better support. This way it saves time from having to ask for the info.

If it doesn't apply to your issue, then you can just simply ignore it.

No need to be offended by it since it's just a general message.
