Just read about this thing. I looked at my recent updates and the number for this download is not listed in my updates: kb449175. I found the download page for this but am leery about doing it as I am not sure if it is the correct one. Can someone provide some guidance for this. Thanks.

Apparently the patch for this was included in the last windows update. It just didn't call out the fact that that was how it was handled. Honestly!!
