    Windows 7 - Unable to install KB4507449, KB4512506, KB4512514

After the Bluetooth registry adjustment, running Uninstall Q&S Roll-Ups.bat (it did not uninstall anything),
with the requisite KB4490628, KB4474419 present,
also using DISM++ and installing hotfix for SURT KB947821,
the updates for July KB4507449, August KB4512506, or the next preview KB4512514 still do not install.

SFC comes out clean. WU_Hotfixes.bat produced attached output.

The monthly updates problem started already in March and needed many oft weaking_com resets in Safe Mode, since update revert upon required system restart did not work after attempted update, and then not even the user profile service would run when trying to login.

    What can be done?

    Thank you!
    :)

[1] Where did you get the Uninstall Q&S Roll-Ups.bat from?
[2] Why did you use DISM++ to install SURT, you just needed to download it to the desktop and run it!

For [1] I think I mixed that up with something else. I tried so many things.

Re [2] SURT was downloaded as Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu and run a few times
and the same with AutoSURT, which contains both 32 bit and 64 bit versions (and only the 64 bit version ran of course). DISM++ was used to see if it would make any difference and so that hotfix KB was installed from there as well.

But none of the above or aforementioned changed the situation.

If anyone has any ideas, how to make the KB installs work, that would be much appreciated.
    Thank you!

Read & tried all of it.
There has to be some detail about why the SHA2 does not catch on, somewhere some file/registry is missing/corrupt. Why has no one found/released it?
Or what is a better question?

SURT is a tool to produce a log, not fix your issues, that is what I am for!

If you run SURT64 from my tools in the footer it will place the CBS Folder on your desktop.

If you upload that, I can then help you. As the instructions on AutoSURT64 states.

Do you need the whole CBS folder or is the CheckSUR.log sufficient?
CheckSUR.log contains only errors re 8 old avast v14 components.
