    Is it just me or is the Wording/Description of the Updates stupid?

    2019-09 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4516065)

    Why isn't it "Monthly Quality and Security Rollup for Windows 7"

    More than likely they're formatted to work better with google and the other minor search engines

    Well, for one thing, there are several version of Windows 7, both x32 & x64
    x32 has started, x64 does not. They are on all versions of the respective OSs.
    On the WIN7 ISO, Remove the ie.cfg file or rename it, and it is then AIO all in one accessible, you can only activate the version that your M$ key is for.

    basic
    home premium
    pro
    ultimate
    and
    business version enterprise (system administrator deployment)

    Probably have a few of both in the update, use this to extract this 15k files that are in the update. Just drag the update onto KB extractor and watch the KB being expanded. It will open in a Temporary folder.
