October 8, 2019—KB4519976 (Monthly Rollup) wont install

    Hurrah - looks like its working KB4519976 39% downloaded so far. Just hope that it doesnt potato the laptop as I usually wait a while before installing any of the big roll ups. I am certainly waiting a while before I do my main PC

    Hello there!


    Had the same problem. Same update with the same error code. Tried to install those three updates manually (KB4490628, KB4474419, KB4516655) and as result only KB4474419 was already installed and two others were intalled correctly. After those updates the KB4519976 was installed as well with no errors.
