I'm sorry, but could you please refrain from posting logs like that?

For the BSOD dumper, click the Download button, run the downloaded file, and attach the .zip file that the program creates when finished. The .zip file can be found on the Desktop.
    I agree!

Laith, Sorry I would have if I could have. Don't have the knowledge I would like to have on computers and went with the limited ability I have. I'm not to bright on computing. Again sorry for any inconvenience. I knew I was over my head, but did the best I could. Bert.

    Hi, Bert.

Did you run the file that you downloaded from the guide? In that case, there will have been a .zip file that starts with "your_computer_name" on your desktop.
If that's the case, click the clipper that is above the reply box right below me, navigate to your desktop, and double click on that file. You will have attached it at that point, and then you can send it.

Never had any experience with any zip file or files to provide. Knowledge is great when one has it. Thanks, Bert.

Yeah, I'm sorry about that; I replied before your original reply to me. Check my above post if you're confused.

    Hi Bert,

    looks like your having fun

Anyway are there 2 files on your desktop named Frst and Additions, and the BSOD report.

All you have to do is start a reply, click on the Paperclip icon - browse to the desktop select and upload
